go to link We don’t operate on big one-off payments. We work on simple, monthly payments.  Meaning you’re unlikely to ever be “out of pocket”, regardless of how long you stay with us.

Understanding Our Fees

Do you have a project that you’d like to discuss? Great! Just shoot us a message (by clicking the purple text button in the bottom right hand corner) and we’ll schedule some time to chat. Some clients tell us, “I think we can put together $8,000 for this initiative.” This helps us to propose solutions to maximize that budget. Some clients may already have some ideas but may not know what is reasonable to accomplish within their budgets. In such cases, we chat with clients about what they are trying to achieve and discuss options; then we present a proposal for review.

We understand being flexible. As we consider cost, time, and features, we gain an understanding of the company’s priorities. We’ll work with you so you understand how choices on features will affect cost and timelines of marketing initiatives. We want to make sure that you understand what you’re getting and that we understand your priorities for the desired initiatives. We appreciate knowing if an initiative is deadline-driven or has a flexible publishing date before beginning so we can ensure that we are allocating the proper resources to succeed.

Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle. We like to run a lean shop, and spending time and money chasing down our money is never fun.

Our Minimums

We ask all of our clients for a minimum budget of $1500 per month, and a minimum period of 12 months. That’s it. The reason is simple. We need your commitment for that length of time to achieve the kind of results we both are setting out to achieve.

We would love to help every business we meet with its marketing efforts, large or small. But we understand AG3NCY will not be the right fit for everyone. We also want to be your trusted adviser and marketing comrade, not a transactional supplier. We provide value and promote long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships by supporting our clients through strategic thought leadership and creative execution.

Due to the depth and commitment of our relationships, we engage a limited number of clients.

Our minimum initial engagement is $4,000.

Our minimum annual level of client engagement is $18,000 in agency fees, with most clients generally spending $24,000 to $90,000.

We charge a fee for our services that are agreed upon in advance, on a monthly recurring basis.

We mark up outside goods and services (that you ask us to manage) by 20 percent to cover our management process and to ensure that all elements meet your specifications.

The minimum term is 12 months. The reason is simple. We need your commitment for that length of time to achieve the kind of results we both are setting out to achieve.

Giving you the ability to cancel at any time means you’re not thinking long term and as you know, that isn’t the kind of thinking that produces epic results. However, we do give new clients the ability to cancel the agreement during the first 30 days.

This is at minimum a $18,000 decision and you need to be comfortable with that. In truth, it’ll be more than that because with us around you’re going to want to implement more than just the bare minimum, and will be spending more money on traffic to your website, print assets and various other things.
